I used to not drink water at all, I always felt dehydrated and my skin was so dry that my friends always told me “you need some lotion!” I used to feel tired only from doing a small effort, but now that I started to drink water everyday, at least 3 bottles a day, I really feel fresh, able to make more of an effort and my skin definitely looks better and more fresh. It also helped me a lot with my diet, it made me lose 2kg (about 4.4lbs) in two weeks. The first day I started the diet I drank about 6 bottles of water. At the beginning it felt weird drinking water, but I ate way less and more orderly than before.

We need to drink more water because water is the most important thing on earth; without water, there’s no life. Earth would never exist without water, and that’s the reason why Earth is the only planet that has life.

According to “The Pensters’ Water: The Basis of Life essay”, about 70% of the human’s body mass is composed of water. Our body needy at least 8 cups of water every day so that we don’t feel dehydrated. Water helps us regulate our eating and it also helps our respiration and makes us sleep better. It’s easy for a human’s body to lose water quickly, by respiration, exercising, walking or any other kinds of exercise. Our skin dries under the sun and water is always there to revitalize it, so if you want good, fresh skin, you should always drink water.

Water plays a major role in how every single cell, tissue and organ in our body operates and is important to almost every bodily function. Also if you want to lose weight, you need to drink lots of water to make you full for at least a short period of time. According to the APEC WATER article, “The process of burning calories requires an adequate supply of water in order to function efficiently and water helps the body metabolize and burn fat.” Without enough water, the kidney will not function properly, which will lead to health issues and will cause diseases.
